So if you come here and aren’t satisfied we aren’t friends. This place has the best coffee, pho soups, and noodle dishes. Go check it out. Get the boozle iced coffee and any food item you will not be disappointed.

We stopped in for soho and it did not dissapoint! The bowl was loaded and they were very generous with add ons. Excellent service

Duck wrap was phenomenal, would go just for that. Boozle bowl very tasty and fresh. Wasn't in love with the poke roll, but that was more a personal taste thing, it was fine. Service good.

My mother and I have a tradition of getting different kinds of Banh Mi together, and she was so excited to bring me here after seeing it on the news. We were both very impressed by our experience! As a starter we had the Grilled Jackfruit Fresh Roll - which had a nice moist rice paper that was easy to chew without breaking off large pieces. Crazy good jackfruit with a smoke to it. The mint mixed with the bright notes of the cucumbers added such a nice kick to the other vegetables as well. We both had the Kick’n Chicken Banh Mi with spicy mayo - amazing flavor, a fine crispy bread and it was full of jalapeños with some heat (which we love). They were served in bamboo steamers, adding a nice visual flair to our meal. Given the quality of the food, it was understandable that it took a little bit of time for the food to arrive. If you do go here, make sure that you and your party aren’t in a rush. The staff are all very kind. It is also a counter service restaurant, not table service. The restaurant is pretty small, and to be honest we were the only other people there so I’m not sure what it would be like busy. However, it was 6pm on a Sunday. Bamboozle in Channelside is an absolute gem for anyone craving vibrant Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine! As someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so thrilled to find so many delicious options. They’re known for their rice rolls, and they did not disappoint! The crispy duck, grilled chicken, and the traditional fresh rolls were bursting with flavor. The entree, the sesame glass noodles with sesame pork were the perfect way to complement the flavors and add an extra kick to my meal. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was a first for me, and it did not disappoint—it was rich and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. Bamboozle stands out for its incredible dishes and laid-back atmosphere. If you’re near Channelside, don’t miss this hidden treasure!
